Professions provides the ability to create custom races that allow admins to set certain attributes for races. If you want to use the Races features of Professions you will need to either create your own races, import the default list of races, or both.

You just have to promote yourself as an administrator of a server if you’re not playing in singleplayer (then you’re automaticly an administrator). This is one of the reason why the developers of Conan Exiles implemented their own cheat engine right inside the basic game, which can be activated pretty easily. Sometimes these can even damage your computer. Often unauthorized third party developers offer hacks and cheats for multiple games, which often do not hold their promises.
